Step Up Forsyth!
2011 Step Up Forsyth registration is now underway!
Step Up Forsyth! is a FREE community-wide program that aims to improve quality of
life through increased physical activity. Participants may engage in physical activity
on their own, as a family or through clubs, worksites, faith-based institutions,
senior centers as a team.
The 2011 Step Up Forsyth! program will run for 8 weeks from September 18, 2011 through
November 12, 2011. Participants are encouraged to start the program on September
18th but may join any time during the program. Our goal for 2011 is to recruit 100
teams and log a total of 1.5 million minutes of physical activity!
This year, Step Up Forsyth will offer weekly nutrition/physical activity challenges
to help keep you motivated on your path to good health. These challenges will be
posted on this web page and attached to the Step Up Forsyth weekly email.
