Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic

The Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic provides confidential examinations, diagnostic testing, and treatment of STDs (syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and others). HIV counseling and testing is also offered to clients who are seen in the STD Clinic.

Results for these services may be given by telephone on a specified day following the visit (information is provided at the time of the visit).

Express STD Clinic

The Express STD Clinic is for clients who do not have sexually transmitted disease symptoms but would like to be screened for STD by lab work—blood sample for HIV and syphilis and a urine sample for gonorrhea and Chlamydia.

Who is Eligible

Anyone with concerns suggestive of a sexually transmitted disease or contact with an STD. You do not have to be a resident of Forsyth County or North Carolina to visit this clinic. A photo ID is required.

Cost

There is no charge for these services.

Walk-in basis (first come, first served).

Wednesday: 9:30 am - 6:45 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 11:45 am
