    The Library’s Online Catalog reflects all of our materials at all our locations, including virtual items you can check out online. Search for what interests you at any time. Records from all of our materials will display, and then you can place a hold to reserve them and pick them up at any FCPL location.

  • Digital Forsyth

    Digital Forsyth is the result of a collaborative effort to preserve the history of Forsyth County in its photographic treasures. The Library is the repository of slices of history throughout the decades, and through digitization, now those historical photographs can be shared online.

    The Nonprofit Resource Center offers research materials on a wide variety of topics of interest to the nonprofit sector. This collection is housed at the Government Center and includes a dedicated workstation with subscription access to Foundation Directory Online.

  • Photograph Collection

    A very special collection of photographs is part of the North Carolina Room. Most feature people, events, buildings, and street scenes of Winston-Salem and surrounding areas, and they date back as far as the late 1800s.
