Probing For Electricity Virtual Program
How does electricity pass through some materials and not others? Join Malloy/Jordan East Winston Heritage Center on Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 12:30 p.m. for a fun virtual science experiment that demonstrate how coated wire covered with plastic pass the electrical current through the material and not to others connected to it. We will also discuss Lewis Howard Latimer, the man who invented the carbon filament for the light bulb. Kits can be picked up at Malloy/Jordan East Winston Heritage Center starting Tuesday, Feb. 1.
