Whatever you do this summer, whether you play baseball or hang out at the beach or hike to the top of Grandfather Mountain, all those fun, outdoor activities burn up a lot of calories! The best way to replenish your energy is with healthy snacks that incorporate fruits and vegetables. Forsyth County Public Library's resident chef Floyd Davis is going to show teens how to make some tasty treats at four special sessions of our Healthy Cooking program.
Ages 12-18 are welcome. No experience is required, but you must sign a waiver. If you have any allergies or food restrictions, please let us know so that we can accommodate you. Email Mia Jordan to register in advance and for more information.
