Deputy Michael Shafit Retires

Deputy Michael Shafit began his Law Enforcement career in 1997. During his career, Deputy Shafit received ten (10) letters of commendation. Deputy Shafit served in the U.S. Army and the North Carolina Army National Guard. Throughout the course of his career, Deputy Shafit served in various capacities within the Law Enforcement Detention Center, Judicial Services Division, and School Resource Division. At the time of his retirement, he was a School Resource Officer. The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office wishes Deputy Michael Shafit all the best in his future endeavors.
