Do you love to knit, crochet, embroider or do another kind of hand-stitching craft? If so, the Hook & Loop Group of the Lewisville Branch Library welcomes you the first Wednesday of every month at 11 a.m. Bring your own project to work on or just stop by.

Are you a dude who likes to read? Are you a dude who is curious what other dudes are reading? Come to the Lewisville Branch Library’s newest book club: Books for Dudes. The next meeting will be Thursday, April 11 at 6 p.m.
The group reads a mixture of fiction (all genres) and non-fiction, and the books are selected by the group. Men and women take part in a lively discussion about their favorite pastime: READING! The group meets in-person every fourth Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. except in December at the Lewisville Branch Library. The next meeting will be Tuesday, April 23. The Tuesday at Two Book Club meets every first Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m. The books are selected by the members and are a mixture of fiction (all genres) and nonfiction. This is a perfect group to join to socialize and discuss books. The group meets in-person at the Lewisville Branch Library. The next meeting will be Tuesday, April 2. Is reading more books on your list of New Year's resolutions? The Lewisville Branch Library is here to help with its 2024 Reading Contest! The contest prompts customers to read a wide variety of books, stories and genres throughout the year. Track your titles with our Reading Contest log and turn it in in by Saturday, Dec. 14. Participants will be entered into a drawing for a prize from Bookmarks bookstore.
