Diabetes Expo
The 7th annual Free Diabetes Expo is Tuesday, May 3,2011 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.
The event will be held at Marketplace Mall. There will be over 20 vendors including
local diabetes centers, medical supply companies, and many more. Free screenings
include Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, and Blood Sugar provided by Forsyth Medical
Center.
The
Event is free & open to the public. Sponsors for this event include Forsyth County
Department of Public Health, Forsyth Medical Center, Wake Forest University Baptist
Medical Center and Surry County Health and Nutrition. Light snacks will be provided
and participants will receive a free gift while supplies last. Door prize drawings
